Combine a Try Diving + Visit to Comino by boat and discover the seabed of Malta and open yourself to a new experience by doing a Try Diving.
What we will do in the Try Diving course
You will be accompanied by a diving instructor who will show you the equipment you will use, what to do underwater and ensure that the activity is safe and fun.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED to take part in the Try Diving course, nor is it necessary to be in exceptional physical shape. Nor is age limiting, it can be done from 10 years old.
You will dive in one of the best areas of the island, Cirkewwa. It is a place that meets the right conditions for your initiation to diving, next to the coast, shallow and well protected from the wind.
The duration of the Try Dive is approximately 3.30h but it depends on you, time to equip yourselves as divers, adaptation to the equipment, etc. We are in no rush.
what we will see on the boat route
Una vez terminado el Bautizo, os recogeremos en el muelle de Cirkewwa para salir en el velero
dirección Comino donde visitaremos calas tan emblemáticas como **Blue Lagoon, Cristal lagoon, Cominotto.**Una vez que estemos fondeados podremos bañarnos, investigar en cuevas, visitar el túnel de Cominotto o
si lo prefieres relajarte y tomar el sol en la cubierta del barco.
También pararemos para hacer snorkel en el P-31, barco hundido de 45 metros de longitud donde su parte
más alta esta a 9 metros lo que nos permite verlo perfectamente con el tubo y la mascara desde la superficie.
La excursión en el velero tiene una duración de 4h.
Explora un nuevo mundo bajo el agua y la isla más bonita del archipiélago maltes.

TIME TABLE
1 day departures: 9h to 16h / 16.30h
1/2 day departures: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
Excursions by seat to seat booking are only available on Wednesdays.

Comfortable clothing

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRIP?
Everything not specified in the section “Included”.
Alcoholic drinks but you can bring your own.
An aperitif is included but you can bring food that does not need to be cooked if you wish.
BOOKING
When requesting the booking you have to provide us with the dates and number of people you will be. Within a maximum of 24 hours we will reply with the availability of places.
Reservations will be effective once bank deposit or Paypal for the amount of 30% of the total, the rest (70%) of the amount will be paid on arrival at the boat.
Credit cards are not accepted.
All our “seat by seat” booking excursions and trips need a minimum of 6 people. The boat is shared and the maximum capacity is 10 people.
The “Private boat” booking, where the excursion is not shared with other people, is for a maximum of 10 participants.
In the “Family Cruise” booking, where the boat is shared, the minimum age is 8 years old. If the children are under 8 years old, the booking has to be in “Private boat”.
CANCELLATION
The costs in case of cancellation by the participants are:
0% 15 days before departure.
30% 14 to 7 days before departure.
100% 6 days before departure.
In the case of cancellation by the organisation due to inclement weather, mechanical or technical problems, the refund will be 100% of the reservation.
ROUTE CHANGES
The itineraries will be programmed at the time of booking, but may change from the initial plan in the event of adverse weather conditions.
The skipper will explain the specific itinerary on the day of boarding if the weather is inappropriate.
In the case of modification or partial cancellation of the itinerary due to weather conditions, no refund will be given.
If the trip is cancelled on the same day due to weather or technical reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded or the option will be given to make the trip on another day.
If a participant decides to disembark for any reason before the end of the trip there will be no refund.
All activities carried out from the boat are the responsibility of each participant, Malta Vela only provides transport and advice, and is not responsible for the activities or sports carried out by the client.
