Ruta en barco con niños. Compartir en familia un día de navegación es una experiencia única tanto para los adultos como para los niños.
Los mas pequeños se amoldan rápidamente al barco, para ellos un día de navegación es un descubrimiento tras otro.
Disfrutan participando en tareas sencillas a la vez que aprenden cosas nuevas lo que les hace sentirse parte de la tripulación, soltar amarras, coger el cabo con el bichero, timonear, escuchar las explicaciones del patrón sobre las velas y el viento.
Una vez fondeados podrán saltar desde el barco, nadar alrededor de él y ver la vida marina de los fondos, hacer snorkel en un barco hundido en la salida de Comino, probar su habilidad realizando itinerarios fáciles de escalada al borde del agua, saltar desde acantilados y todo lo que la imaginación les permita y vosotros.
Para los adultos es la oportunidad de compartir con ellos un día en el mar lleno de aventuras y aprendizaje, en un marco natural y un ambiente relajado y personalizado.
Durante el crucero iremos visitando calas y bahías en algunas de las cuales podremos bajar a tierras con nuestra barca auxiliar si os apetece. Sobre las 14h haremos una parada más larga para comer y después de una pequeña “siesta” continuaremos nuestro itinerario.
Realizamos 2 itinerarios diferentes, Costa oeste de Malta visitando Popeye village, Golden bay, Tuffieha… y la Vuelta a Comino.
IMPORTANTE, si venís con menores de 8 años el alquiler del velero tiene que ser en “Privado“. Si vuestros hijos tienen 9 años o más podéis reservar en “Plaza a plaza“

TIME TABLE
1 day departures: 9h to 16h / 16.30h
1/2 day departures: 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm
Excursions by seat to seat booking are only available on Wednesdays.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRIP?
Everything not specified in the section “Included”.
Alcoholic drinks but you can bring your own.
An aperitif is included but you can bring food that does not need to be cooked if you wish.
BOOKING
When requesting the booking you have to provide us with the dates and number of people you will be. Within a maximum of 24 hours we will reply with the availability of places.
Reservations will be effective once bank deposit or Paypal for the amount of 30% of the total, the rest (70%) of the amount will be paid on arrival at the boat.
Credit cards are not accepted.
All our “seat by seat” booking excursions and trips need a minimum of 6 people. The boat is shared and the maximum capacity is 10 people.
The “Private boat” booking, where the excursion is not shared with other people, is for a maximum of 10 participants.
In the “Family Cruise” booking, where the boat is shared, the minimum age is 8 years old. If the children are under 8 years old, the booking has to be in “Private boat”.
CANCELLATION
The costs in case of cancellation by the participants are:
0% 15 days before departure.
30% 14 to 7 days before departure.
100% 6 days before departure.
In the case of cancellation by the organisation due to inclement weather, mechanical or technical problems, the refund will be 100% of the reservation.
ROUTE CHANGES
The itineraries will be programmed at the time of booking, but may change from the initial plan in the event of adverse weather conditions.
The skipper will explain the specific itinerary on the day of boarding if the weather is inappropriate.
In the case of modification or partial cancellation of the itinerary due to weather conditions, no refund will be given.
If the trip is cancelled on the same day due to weather or technical reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded or the option will be given to make the trip on another day.
If a participant decides to disembark for any reason before the end of the trip there will be no refund.
All activities carried out from the boat are the responsibility of each participant, Malta Vela only provides transport and advice, and is not responsible for the activities or sports carried out by the client.
